03464 2434-865What is an average and what is the right thing to do in the event of an average?
An average is a sudden disturbance that either poses an immediate danger to people or damages the building or the tenants' home furnishings.
To avert these dangers, SWG Städtische Wohnungsbau GmbH Sangerhausen has set up an on-call service which can be called upon, for example, if the following faults occur:
Electrics

House connection defective
-
Entire flat without voltage (provided the fuses are not defective).

Live parts (on wall, heating, tub, water or gas pipes)

Junction boxes, light switches, sockets stew (strong odour nuisance, smoke development)
Gas/water
-
Pipe burst (main shut-off valve in the flat cannot be closed)
-
Smell of gas in the flat (provided all gas appliances are closed).

Smell of gas in the general area (cellar, stairs)
-
Deflagration on gas boilers or gas heaters
-
Overheating (tin discharge) on gas boilers
Blockages
-
Main sewer line or vertical sewer line up to penultimate floor (not applicable in case of blockages in the flat, e.g. at bathtub, washbasin or WC).
District heating system and central heating system in the house

Pipe system or radiator heavily leaking
-
Radiator burst
-
Failure of the entire heating system (not in case of failure of individual radiators)
If an emergency occurs, the respective on-call service (see above) can be informed by telephone. You can also find the stand-by telephone numbers in the current tenant magazine. Outside our business hours, you can also find out the telephone numbers by calling 03464 2434-0.
If there is no average in the sense of the above-mentioned disturbances, the on-call service may not be used.
