Redevelopment in the South urban area picks up speed

Last year, we started the extensive reconstruction and redesign measures in the South City area. Primarily, this involves upgrading the quality of living in and around the houses Karl-Marx-Straße 1 -7, 9 -15, 2 -8 and 50 -54.

For the show day on 26.01.2023 at Karl-Marx-Str. 9, we presented our unique floor plans to an interested audience. Standard flats were transformed into modern, open, newly tailored living spaces that met with the visitors' approval. The kitchens and bathrooms were particularly convincing, as was the quality of the work carried out by the company's own team of craftsmen. In the same way, we are preparing further flats in other entrances and buildings for our enthusiastic prospective customers.

Changes are also currently taking place in the residential environment. In order to create space for the new terraces, gardens and parking spaces, some trees had to be removed. In consultation with the lower nature conservation authority, we have determined compensatory plantings that will be implemented this year. The first buildings in the area have been scaffolded so that the new balconies can be erected. As the temperatures rise, the specialist contractors begin the earthworks to build the terraces for the ground-floor flats with ground-level access.
