Here you will find our current promotions with which we would like to give something back to our customers. We offer various bonus programmes to provide our customers with additional benefits and make living in our flats even more pleasant for you. Whether it's discounts on rentals or attractive bonuses, we want to make sure our customers benefit from our offers. Check back regularly to make sure you don't miss any new bonus promotions and save cash.

Child bonus for families

When renting a flat, families with child(ren) can receive a one-time bonus of EUR 100 per accompanying child, which is offset against the deposit to be paid.

Stair climber bonus

When renting a new flat from the 3rd floor upwards in selected SWG buildings, you can receive a permanent discount of € 50 on the basic rent. Our leasing team will be happy to help you.

Discounts with various partner companies

When renting a flat, you can receive attractive discounts for services and articles related to housing from our partner companies.

New tenant bonus

Receive a one-time bonus of 200 EUR if you find a new tenant for your current flat and the following requirements are met:

The next tenant does not currently live in SWG's housing stock.
She and the next tenant were not given notice by their landlord.
Your rent payments as well as the rent payments of the next tenant were made properly.

The bonus will be paid to you after 3 months.

Individual conditions for young tenants

We offer housing for pupils, students, trainees, singles, young couples or single parents at reasonable and fair rents. We arrange individual deposits.

If you are not yet of age, we will conclude a rental contract with your parents. Once you have reached the age of majority, you become our tenancy partner.

Tenant recruits tenant

Receive a one-time bonus of 200 EUR if you gain a new tenant for SWG. The following requirements must be met:

The recruited new tenant does not currently live with SWG.
You currently live with SWG.
She and the recruited tenant were not terminated by the landlord.
Your rent payments as well as the rent payments of the recruited tenant were made properly.
